After placing your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will get an email to confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed. Orders are shipped via fedex or USPS and generally is delivered in the continental US in 5-8 business days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a 90-day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made directly through zenagen.myshopify.com. Contact Zenagen at http://www.zenagen.com/pages/contact-us/ and fill out a return request stating your name, contact information, reason for dissatisfaction, and order number and Zenagen will reply with instructions on returning the the unused portion of the product within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Once your return has been received please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Once it has been processed it will take between 5-14 business days to show up on your account depending on your bank.
